Software Engineer at GRVTY

<p><strong>What You'll be Owning</strong></p> <p>GRVTY is seeking a Software Engineer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Chantilly, VA.</p> <p><strong>What You Must Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance</li> <li>&nbsp;Demonstrated experience and strong technical background in full-stack development, with experience in multiple programming languages and technologies.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with developing applications using program languages, including Java, and Java using Spring and Python.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing technical architectures for complex systems, including web applications, collection systems, network solutions, and cloud-based solutions.</li> <li>Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS cloud solutions, including design, implementation, and management.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with Al, machine learning, or other emerging technologies, with a willingness to explore and adopt new technologies.</li> <li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams, stakeholders, and external partners.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a clear technical vision and recommendations, aligning with customer technical requirements and business objectives.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and JIRA.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, technically challenging area; ability to anticipate and manage changes or problems; assess impacts and recommend sound solutions.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Would be Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience with authentication and authorization process.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with customer networks, systems and services.</li> <li>Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in a A.I., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field</li> <li>Certifications<br> <ul> <li>AWS Certified Solutions Architect</li> <li>The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <div class="description"> <div class="body"> <p><strong>Pay Range:&nbsp;</strong>At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.<br>We’re proud to offer a work environment that empowers our team to achieve a strong work-life balance.
