increase relevancy and drive engagement.  The Associate Director, Engagement is responsible for serving as strategic lead on one or two small accounts and strategic support on larger, integrated accounts. You will be responsible for leading small to mid-sized new business opportunities, with autonomy. Additionally, you are responsible for understanding our clients’ specific markets, competition, and target audience insights, translating those insights into an actionable engagement strategy. You will be responsible for managing a team of Engagement Strategists and/or Senior Engagement Strategists. You will ensure the Engagement team works in a continuous effort to develop a strategic skill sets to identify and deliver the most compelling
