As a Regional Clinical Trainer, you’ll use your hands-on experience to train and mentor Surgical Assistants, support clinical onboarding, strengthen competencies, and promote consistent, high-quality patient care across our practices.</p> <p>If you love oral surgery and enjoy helping others learn and succeed, this is an opportunity to expand your impact across multiple teams and locations.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to new and existing Surgical Assistants.</li> <li>Lead clinical onboarding and help new team members build confidence and competency.</li> <li>Train on oral surgery workflows, surgical assisting, patient care, infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety.</li> <li>Provide training on IV sedation/general anesthesia workflows, patient monitoring, and emergency preparedness.</li> <li>Assess clinical competencies and provide supportive, actionable feedback.</li> <li>Partner with practice and regional leadership to identify training needs and improve clinical consistency.</li> <li>Support new surgeon onboarding, provider ramp-ups, and practice growth.</li> <li>Serve as a clinical resource and provide temporary hands-on support when needed.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on oral and maxillofacial surgical assisting experience required.</li> <li>1+ year of experience assisting with IV sedation and/or general anesthesia required.</li> <li>Experience training, mentoring, precepting, or onboarding Surgical Assistants strongly preferred.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of oral surgery workflows, infection control, patient monitoring, and clinical safety.</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, and teaching skills.</li> <li>DAANCE certification preferred or willingness to complete training as assigned.</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Travel &amp; Regional Support</strong></span></p> <p>This is a regional, travel-based role supporting practices throughout Kansas and surrounding areas.
