You bring:  <ul> <li>Education, Licensure, & Certifications:  <ul> <li>Holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. </li> <li>Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.  </li> <li>Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with experience in outpatient primary care or a similar setting. </li> <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.
