The ideal candidate is a hands-on, safety-minded supervisor experienced in bulk tanker loading and offloading operations, with strong organizational skills to manage scheduling, staff, and documentation in a fast-paced field environment. Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Comply with prescribed safety procedures and regulations, including proper use and care of PPE.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be able to wear a Respirator / SCBA.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Schedule and coordinate bulk tanker shipments, loading windows, and onsite drivers with local office staff and customers.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Directly supervise and manage field technicians performing tanker loading operations.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ensure tankers are loaded safely and efficiently in accordance with Triumvirate SOPs, material compatibility, and DOT/RCRA requirements.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Verify tanker, hose, and gasket compatibility, and (if applicable) washout requirements prior to loading.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Create and review accurate waste shipment manifests.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be able to perform air monitoring and use gas meters</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Communicate shipment status, scheduling changes, and issues to local office staff and customers.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Oversee job site safety, PPE compliance, and spill-response readiness for loading crews.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Manage profitability and efficiency of loading assignments.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Verify material and tanker compatibility before loading, and continuously monitor transfers, stopping work immediately if unsafe conditions occur.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">This role frequently involves handling hazardous chemicals and waste materials and is considered safety-sensitive.</li> </ul>   Basic Requirements: <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Prior relevant experience in bulk or hazardous waste transfer, tanker operations, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Experience supervising technicians and coordinating schedules and logistics.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Firm understanding of RCRA, DOT, and other regulations pertaining to hazardous waste and materials.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Hazardous materials handling experience, including manifests and shipping documentation.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Experience with tankers, pumps, hoses, and vacuum truck equipment.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">OSHA 40-hour training.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed to support shipments, including night and weekend shifts.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must have a reliable form of transportation.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC), and to participate in a random drug screening program thereafter.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis.</li> </ul>   Preferred Requirements: <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Active HAZWOPER 24- or 40-hour certification.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Commercial Driver's License (CDL).</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Experience with confined space entry procedures.</li> </ul>   Besides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more!
