We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As a <strong>Scrum Master</strong> you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Working with mobile robotics, sensors, and/or autonomous moving parts/robotic applications</li> <li>Requirement decomposition and flow down</li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Mechatronics experience in the development process – worked in a hardware facing product within early design phases</span></li> <li>Systems engineering documentation and modeling may be done with both basic documentation tools (Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) or Models Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Software (CAMEO, JAMA)</li> <li>System documentation including: Concept of Operations, Trade Studies, Behavior Diagrams, Use Cases, and Interface Control Documents</li> <li> <div>Utilize Agile or SAFe Agile methodologies to plan, prioritize, and coordinate team workflows in Jira, ensuring structured sprint execution, clear visibility, and effective cross‑functional collaboration.</div> </li> <li>System Architecture</li> <li>Performing Verification and Validation activities</li> <li>Requirements gathering, decomposition, and flow down</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Education/Experience</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of technical program management</li> <li>Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules</li> <li>Experience in technical program management</li> <li>Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience</li> <li>Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules</li> <li>Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership</li> <li>Agile Scrum experience (scrum master certified would be a bonus)&nbsp; <ul> <li>Utilize Agile or SAFe Agile methodologies to plan, prioritize, and coordinate team workflows in Jira, ensuring structured sprint execution, clear visibility, and effective cross‑functional collaboration.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Software development experience for communication systems</li> <li>Automation or Robotics experience</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Salary Range: $120,000 - 170,000k</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:100,&quot;335559739&quot;:100,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Hybrid in North Reading, MA or Westborough, MA preferred</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>ALTEN Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
