<h3>Your Impact</h3> <ul> <li>Operational Management: Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care. <ul> <li>Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs.</li> <li>Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.</li> <li>Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.</li> <li>Act as the point of contact for any patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns.</li> <li>Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.</li> <li>Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Dual Site Management: Provide oversight of staffing, scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operational workflows across two clinic locations to ensure consistency and efficiency. <ul> <li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics at each site, proactively identifying gaps, trends, or inefficiencies and implementing actionable solutions to optimize operations.</li> <li>Maintain a consistent on-site presence at both locations to support, mentor, and develop team members while reinforcing operational standards and a cohesive culture across clinics.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment. <ul> <li>Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.</li> <li>Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives. <ul> <li>Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.</li> <li>Implement strategies to enhance the clinic's market presence and community engagement.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria. <ul> <li>Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Communication and Collaboration: Partner with your District Director along with corporate resources to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.  </li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are </h3> <ul> <li>Exceptional people manager and team leader: 1-3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams.</li> <li>Experience in similar roles: Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.</li> <li>Dual-site management experience: Proven ability to successfully oversee operations across multiple clinic locations, balancing priorities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring consistent team performance and patient experience at each site.</li> <li>Driven and self-motivated: Ability to work independently, possess a level of initiative and enthusiasm to help drive results.</li> <li>Effective communicator (written and verbal) and cross collaborator: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.</li> <li>Knowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry: Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology.</li> <li>Technically savvy: Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and Excel.</li> <li>Availability: Work in clinic Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call for weekends and flexibility to support the opening and closing of clinic regularly.  </li> </ul> <h3>Bonus
