You will operate in a high-velocity environment where we ship small, incremental changes frequently and measure success by business impact, not ticket volume.</p> <p>Our engineering culture emphasizes ownership, autonomy, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Engineers define problems alongside stakeholders, shape solutions, ship quickly through Git-based deployment practices, and iterate based on real data.
