We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p><strong>Overview</strong></p> <ul> <li>The successful candidate will contribute to the design, validation, and improvement of electronic systems for automotive applications, working closely with internal teams and customers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop electronic circuits including microcontrollers, sensors, and system interfaces.</li> <li>Create and validate schematic designs according to customer requirements and industry standards.</li> <li>Support product validation activities, analyze failures, and implement corrective actions.</li> <li>Perform root-cause analysis on warranty returns and validation issues.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve EMC‑related problems.</li> <li>Conduct worst-case analysis to ensure robust design performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (software, mechanical, manufacturing).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Electrical Engineering</strong>, Electronics, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum <strong>4 years of experience</strong> in electronic circuit design.</li> <li>Strong understanding of electronic circuits, microcontrollers, sensors, and system architectures.</li> <li>Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and product validation.</li> <li>Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.</li> <li>Experience with EMC investigations and improvements.</li> <li>Proficiency with <strong>Mentor Graphics DxDesigner</strong> for schematic development.</li> <li>Knowledge of worst-case analysis methods.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with automotive design standards (ISO, AEC‑Q, etc.).</li> <li>Familiarity with simulation and lab test equipment (SPICE, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.</li> <li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li> <li>Proactive and solution‑oriented attitude</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>ALTEN Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
