Join a team where your work truly makes a difference.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do:</h3> <ul> <li>Clean resident apartments, common areas, and skilled care units</li> <li>Follow standardized cleaning procedures and schedules</li> <li>Respect resident routines, privacy, and confidentiality</li> <li>Discharge rooms and clean isolation rooms per Health Department guidelines</li> <li>Maintain housekeeping equipment and report issues</li> <li>Assist during fire drills and emergencies as needed</li> <li>Complete required training and weekend coverage as scheduled</li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3> <ul> <li>1 year of housekeeping experience preferred (senior living a plus)</li> <li>Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals</li> <li>Ability to lift 20 lbs, move light furniture, use ladders</li> <li>Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift</li> </ul> <h3>Benefits (30+ hrs/week):</h3> <ul> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Free parking + shuttle to light rail</li> <li>Wellness incentives and onsite showers</li> <li>Scholarship opportunities &amp; career ladders</li> <li>Nursing Training Program</li> <li>Bi-annual resident gift checks</li> <li>Award-winning culture of diversity and inclusion</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why work anywhere else?
