If you’re a dependable, adaptable, hands-on individual, we’d like to talk to you. <em>A bachelor's or technical degree is preferred for this role.</em></p> <p><strong>Schedule</strong></p> <p>Our Maintenance department operates on a day, swing, and overnight schedule to support our 24/7 maintenance needs. Shift assignments and hours may vary based on business needs, and candidates must demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, department rotations, and operational priorities.</p> <p><strong>Be Rewarded:</strong></p> <p>Total cash compensation typically ranges from $119,500 to $137,500, depending on your experience and skill set. This includes profit sharing, which is based on company profitability.
