Outerspace provides dynamic services including, but not limited to, warehousing and fulfillment, customization and light manufacturing, and product photography.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Outerspace is looking for Client Operations Managers to join our fast-growing team and our critical Client Services department. This dynamic role acts as an extension of our brand clients, ensuring internal operations support the unique values of our brands and an excellent experience for their customers. Client Operations Managers are key relationship managers who are the expert on brand products and are willing to roll up their sleeves in the warehouse for a hands-on approach when needed.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our ideal candidate is a self-directed problem solver with a great attitude, attention to detail, and expert follow through.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Nurtures client relationships through regular communication with clients in person, via email, and virtual meetings.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be the expert on Outerspace business operations as well as their brands’ business in order to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leads meetings with clients and cross functional teams, successfully executing the basis of the meetings and action items</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Promotes brand growth; identifies opportunities for brand relationships to expand and evolve&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proactively identify solutions and process improvements, including anticipating and addresses complexities of clients’ unique fulfillment workflows</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Acts as a Super User managing client business through data analysis &amp; analytics, using business tools such as Google Suite, Slack, CRM, &amp; our WMS.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Tracks key performance indicators for client success, including:</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Interpret &amp; understand KPI’s and SLA’s, client contracts and client billing</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Acts as a role model for leadership, problem solving &amp; engagement</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, ideally with a focus in logistics, supply chain or fulfillment</span></li> <li>At least 4 years professional experience in client/customer services, preferably in fulfillment, retail, e-commerce, and or supply chain.</li> <li>Must have experience with business tools such as CRMs, WMS, Google Suite, etc.</li> <li>People management experience desired but not required</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Outerspace will never extend a job offer without first conducting a formal interview process, which includes multiple virtual and/or in-person interviews.
