Responsibilities:  <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Manage a book of business consisting of existing clients.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Drive sales of environmental waste management, disposal, and other Triumvirate services to new and existing clients.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Lead and coordinate routine services between customers and Triumvirate.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Cross-sell new, repeat, and recurring services to your assigned customer base.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Assist customers with key projects to help them maintain compliance.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Originate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Learn and effectively apply the Sandler Consultative Selling methodology.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Serve as a trusted, consultative liaison between clients and internal teams, solving problems and coordinating services to meet client needs.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Coordinate job scopes and proposal creation for new business.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Collect purchase orders to ensure timely payment of invoices and assist with outstanding invoice collections.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Qualify prospects, set appointments, and actively pursue new business opportunities.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Network within customer organizations to build relationships, trust, and referrals.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Deliver a "WOW" experience for both internal and external customers.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Stay current on industry trends, market changes, competitors, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Assist with Service Recovery by identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing procedures to prevent them from recurring.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Entertain customers and participate in client outings and networking events as needed.</li> </ul> Basic Requirements:  <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Bachelor’s degree in a related field.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">2–5 years of experience in the environmental services industry or a related field, with prior sales experience.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Strong passion for sales, positive attitude, and high level of motivation.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Goal-oriented, creative, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Experience in facilities management.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Proven track record of selling to healthcare, higher education, life sciences, or industrial clients.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ability to attend client outings and networking events as needed.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Must have a reliable form of transportation.</li> </ul> Preferred Requirements:  <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Experience in the environmental services industry.</li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;
