You will help shape the future of the Fivetran data pipeline platform for businesses large and small. Our ideal candidate has a balance of research rigor and business focus. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Plan, manage, and execute on user research programs across focused product areas</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with design, product, and analytics to build research projects that align with stakeholder needs as well as user needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Guide product and design on the research methodology, question framing, and other best practices for self-run studies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify emerging customer and user needs to support the development of new products.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Synthesize learnings from past research and analytics data to tell compelling stories and lead ideation sessions.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills We’re Looking For:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A strong experience with mixed method qualitative and quantitative research.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A strong portfolio featuring examples of your work, your research philosophy, and the outcomes/results.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a bias toward action – there’s tons of greenfield opportunity here, and you’ll need to lean into the ambiguity and lead projects to completion.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to craft engaging presentations with engrossing stories that influence your peer stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A strong desire to learn about our user and how our product impacts their success.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in the data industry</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with various survey methods, analysis, visualizations and relevant data tools like SQL.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience using AI to plan studies, synthesize feedback, and work more efficiently.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">#LI-HYBRID #LI-KM3</span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role. &nbsp;Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
