This role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Corporate Communications Intern in Needham, MA. In this role, you’ll help support how SharkNinja communicates across internal and external channel. This is an exciting opportunity for a student with strong writing skills, a creative mindset, and an interest in corporate communications. As a part-time Corporate Communications Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders while contributing to impactful communication initiatives. Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: <ul> <li>Assist in the development and execution of campaigns and events in support of SharkNinja’s culture moments and corporate brand initiatives</li> <li>Maintain and update editorial calendars and contact lists to ensure coordination across communications channels</li> <li>Manage and optimize corporate communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, digital signage) to maximize reach and engagement</li> <li>Draft content for internal and external channels (e.g., newsletters, social posts, intranet stories, executive briefs, recaps, presentations, website)</li> <li>Track and report on engagement metrics to measure effectiveness of communications efforts</li> <li>Help coordinate logistics for communications activations, both in-person and virtual</li> <li>Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications</li> <li>Support multimedia content creation (photos, videos, event recaps) to enhance storytelling</li> </ul> ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: <ul> <li>Education: Current student in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's program</li> <li>Must be able to work a part-time 10 to 16 hour/week position with at least one 5-hour day per week in Needham, MA</li> <li>Has taken coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field</li> <li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail</li> <li>Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines</li> <li>Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or social media tools is a plus</li> </ul> Please note that, due to the high volume of applications for early talent roles, response times may vary depending on the specific role and timeline.
