In this role, you will be responsible for helping solve parking deficits and commute options for our growing company.  You will bring scalable, high-impact strategies paired with people-first service delivery. This will require managing multiple moving pieces without losing sight of smart decision-making. If you’re a self-starter eager to grow into a subject matter expert, this role is for you.   <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO </h4> Day-to-Day Operations of Shuttle and Parking Programs: <ul> <li>Oversee daily parking, EV charging, and shuttle operations across Southern California campuses. </li> <li data-leveltext="o" data-font="Courier New" data-listid="8" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":1440,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Courier New","469769242":[9675],"469777803":"left","469777804":"o","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="2">Coordinate with the shuttle vendor to ensure on-time performance and adjust schedules to meet fluctuating commuter demands. </li> <li data-leveltext="o" data-font="Courier New" data-listid="8" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":1440,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Courier New","469769242":[9675],"469777803":"left","469777804":"o","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="2">Conduct regular audits of parking staff and shuttle operations to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with local transit regulations. </li> <li data-leveltext="o" data-font="Courier New" data-listid="8" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":1440,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Courier New","469769242":[9675],"469777803":"left","469777804":"o","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="2">Manage the ticketing queue for employee commuter requests, parking issues, shuttle feedback, and transit inquiries. </li> </ul> Transportation Project Planning & Execution <ul> <li>Assist with transportation projects (e.g., parking lot re-striping, EV charger installations, new shuttle route launches, and commuter fairs) from initiation to completion with minimal disruption to daily operations. </li> <li>Coordinate logistics, communications, and vendor activities for special campus events requiring dedicated shuttle service, valet, or traffic control. </li> <li>Ensure minimal disruption to employee commutes during road construction, lot maintenance, or inclement weather events by coordinating detour logistics. </li> <li>Track vendor performance for shuttle service providers and parking management companies and ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met. </li> <li>Maintain regular, transparent communication regarding transportation updates (delays, route changes, construction) with employees, stakeholders, and the broader Facilities team. </li> <li>Track ridership and parking data to generate regular progress reports, utilization metrics, and carbon-reduction documentation. </li> </ul> Provide Support in Other Functions <ul> <li>Provide operational support for the wider Facilities and Campus Operations team as needed. </li> <li>Drive continuous process improvement in commuter programs, route efficiency, and parking space utilization. </li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS </h4> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience managing shuttle operations, parking logistics, corporate commuter programs, or fleet coordination.</li> <li>Experience with transportation technology (e.g., shuttle tracking apps, parking management software, EV charging platforms) is a plus.</li> <li>Strong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent transit/logistics projects.</li> <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and rapid-response problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, to support transit operations and events as required.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools or space/transit management software is a plus.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range">$99,000—$130,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
