Program Manager - Bilingual in Korean at SK hynix memory solutions America Inc.

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Team:</strong></p> <p>The Program Management Office (PMO) is a delivering value to customers by leading enterprise SSD development at SKHMS A (SK hynix Memory Solution America).</p> <p>We are looking for program manager to work with enterprise SSD development which required cross-functional and multi-site collaboration.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>In this role, you will work closely with development managers, engineers, and multi-functional partners in Hardware, Firmware, Operation and customer facing teams.</li> <li>Development and management of project schedule and work, along with managing the associated tasks and dependencies to ensure we are on track for the program achievements.</li> <li>Participate in key design reviews and handle scope changes efficiently. Identify project dependencies, risks and bring up to leadership in a timely manner.</li> <li>Provide status updates and communicate issues internally providing recommendation as a key part of team.</li> <li>Working closely with Korea HQ engineering and manufacturing teams.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completed BS OR Masters degree in one of the following: Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering, Embedded Systems Engineering, AI Engineering or Computer Science.&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional communication and organizational skills</li> <li>3 years of Program Management&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Must able to work on site every day in San Jose</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Must speak fluent Korean&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> <p><em>**Please note that we will not consider candidates that are not bilingual in Korean for this position.**&nbsp;</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Technical knowledge of Solid State Drive and or SoC, HW and FW</li> <li>Customer facing experience</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>COMPENSATION: $80,000/yr - $133,000/yr</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>REGARDING COMPENSATION:</strong></p> <p>SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. offers you the opportunity to apply your skills to exciting projects while working with innovative teams.
