font-size: 12pt;">Legend Biotech is seeking a<strong> Treasury Analyst (Contractor)</strong> as part of the <strong>Finance </strong>team based in <strong>Bridgewater,</strong> <strong>NJ</strong>.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Performing in a fast-paced environment, the Treasury Analyst will be a key member of Legend’s Treasury organization. &nbsp;This role will have unique exposure to various levels of the business through participation in cash management, forecasting, reporting, and improvement initiatives. &nbsp;This is a contract role of 9+ months duration.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Preparation of cash forecasts, Intercompany funding &amp; FX position projections.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Reviewing and supporting liquidity optimization and FX management.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Preparing management reporting; actual performance, cash management targets, quarterly forecasting, monthly CFO reporting and long-range planning.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Working closely with Treasury leadership to prepare executive level presentations providing insightful analysis for key stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support opening/closing of bank accounts and bank account mandates.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s Degree required; a major in Accounting or Finance preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Professional certifications/membership (ACT/IACT).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Professional certification (CFA/CMA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in a Global environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prior life sciences industry experience is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
