This role combines estimating knowledge, field leadership, and financial accountability to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.</p> <hr data-start="3997" data-end="4000"> <h3 data-start="4002" data-end="4030"><strong construction projects from pre-construction through closeout</p> </li> <li data-start="4106" data-end="4175"> <p data-start="4108" data-end="4175">Perform takeoffs, production rate analysis, and job cost planning</p> </li> <li data-start="4176" data-end="4240"> <p data-start="4178" data-end="4240">Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts</p> </li> <li data-start="4241" data-end="4305"> <p data-start="4243" data-end="4305">Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment</p> </li> <li data-start="4306" data-end="4410"> <p data-start="4308" data-start="4853" data-end="4933"> <p data-start="4855" data-end="4933">5+ years of project management experience in HVAC or mechanical construction</p> </li> <li data-start="4934" data-end="5001"> <p data-start="4936" data-end="5001">Demonstrated experience in both estimating and field operations</p> </li> <li data-start="5002" data-end="5079"> <p data-start="5004" data-end="5079">Strong knowledge of production rates, job costing, and WIP/POC accounting</p> </li> <li data-start="5080" data-end="5148"> <p data-start="5082" data-end="5148">Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and project schedules</p> </li> <li data-start="5149" data-end="5225"> <p data-start="5151" data-end="5225">Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software</p> </li> <li data-start="5226" data-end="5289"> <p data-start="5228" data-end="5289">Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills</p> </li> <li data-start="5290" data-end="5351"> <p data-start="5292"
