MEASURES OF SUCCESS: In three months: <ul> <li class="pf0">Understand the client business and the category and key drivers of growth</li> <li class="pf0">Build a collaborative relationship with your clients and act as the lead contact across assigned brands</li> <li class="pf0">Embed into the internal team and understand the different specialist teams you work with</li> <li class="pf0">Understand the key tools and processes critical to the everyday running of the account</li> </ul> In six months: <ul> <li class="pf0">Lead your own planning response from insight and strategy through to execution</li> <li class="pf0">Project manage cross-media, category and industry leading campaigns</li> </ul> In 12 months: <ul> <li class="pf0">Work closely with the client team and other specialist teams on at least one project</li> <li class="pf0">Coach junior members of the team to achieve their goals</li> <li class="pf0">Deliver a positive client performance rating on your brands and helped deliver a positive over-all score for the team</li> </ul> RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: <ul> <li>Lead the over-all strategic communication planning process that will address client’s business needs</li> <li>Supervise team’s over-all output to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables</li> <li>Manage day-to-day client requirements through mentoring junior members of the team</li> <li>Appropriate and delegate tasks to individual members of the team, ensuring that they are given adequate time, resources and training to perform the tasks</li> <li>Conduct annual and interim review of team members in a thorough and professional manner</li> <li>Build and maintain a productive relationship with clients and team members</li> <li>Assist with fee and contract negotiation as well as other aspect of the business</li> <li>Work with the client to arrive at the best processes/ system for managing their business</li> <li>Work with other teams/departments to promote clients interest with strategically important media owners</li> <li>Take part in new business pitches and provide insightful and comprehensive communications solutions for the agency and its clients</li> </ul> Life at WPP Media & Benefits Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
