With a keen interest in industry standards, best practices and emerging trends, the candidate will provide and deliver solutions that are tailored to our clients’ needs while also being robust, repeatable, and embraced throughout the organization.   &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Roles &amp; responsibility:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Handling complex technical project tasks, project&nbsp;issues&nbsp;and initial troubleshooting for clients.  </li> <li>Configuration and troubleshooting of servers and networks.  </li> <li>Configuration and migration of Cloud Services. </li> <li>Management of small and medium sized projects. </li> <li>Provide&nbsp;technical advice on planning and scoping calls. </li> <li>Help achieve department goals by hitting personal KPI targets. </li> <li>Documentation of internal processes and guides </li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Skills</strong><strong> </strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Technical implementation and troubleshooting </li> <li>History troubleshooting and/or installing IT infrastructure at a senior level </li> <li>Configuration of Windows Servers  </li> <li>Configuration &amp; deployment of Microsoft products </li> <li>Configuration of AI and DLP preferred </li> <li>Networking – configure firewalls, managed switches, TCP/IP&nbsp;and protocols </li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong><strong>  </strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong technical skills with public cloud technologies, Azure specifically </li> <li>Familiarity with industry standard LLMs such as Claude,&nbsp;CoPilot&nbsp;and ChatGPT as both an internal research tool and as deployed with clients.&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum 5+ years’&nbsp;experience in a system engineering&amp; support role.</li> <li>Certifications preferred (AI, Azure Expert, MCSE, VCP, CCP) </li> <li>MSP experience preferred </li> <li>Ability to commute in a hybrid fashion both with client and internal team&nbsp;</li> <li>Willing to work in 24/7 rotational environment.</li> </ul>
