You'll implement tactics directly on our website and partner with cross-functional teams to increase visibility on external sites, with the goal of getting Dialpad mentioned and cited in AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. You'll grow your skills in SEO and GEO/AEO, gaining hands-on experience with an exciting marketing discipline as people change how they search from Google to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and other LLMs.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This position reports to our Sr. Manager, SEO, and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires office.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll do&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement GEO/AEO/SEO tactics as assigned to accelerate Dialpad’s AI search results and visibility, and increase leads and pipeline from organic search and LLMs.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Using AI tools, generate and edit content for GEO/AEO, then publish it to our website.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work with design to update existing images and create new visuals for content.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement GEO tests, and may support CRO testing.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support efforts to grow external visibility on the Web, including outreach/backlinking, and partnering with PR and Social teams, including engagement on channels like Reddit.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Use AI tools and platforms (e.g. LLMs, Ahrefs, AI visibility tools) to support the work mentioned above, which could include keyword/prompt research, competitive analysis of SERPs/prompt responses, and monitoring of rankings/mentions/citations.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay current on GEO/AEO best practices and tools as the discipline evolves.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of SEO experience or marketing communications experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
