About the Role

<h3 style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Your role:</strong></span></h3> <p style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Our&nbsp;Property Managers&nbsp;have full ownership of the physical assets and financial performance of the community, creating a desirable community with a strong emphasis on excellence in customer service and leadership.</span></p> <h3 style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What you will do</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Must have experience managing the <strong>lease-up </strong>of a <strong>wrap / deck multi-family community</strong></li> <li>Maintains a high-quality on-site team through effective coaching/training, communication, and overall leadership to ensure the team is fulfilling their highest potential</li> <li>Collaborates with the leasing team to ensure all social media outlets are regularly utilized and develops a marketing plan and sales strategies</li> <li>Leads daily/weekly inspirational team meetings with the goal to exceed and be the best in a competitive market</li> <li>Maintains thorough product knowledge of the community and competition&nbsp;</li> <li>Interacts with residents with the highest level of customer service</li> <li>Ensures that all physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safe</li> <li>Inspects grounds, buildings, and apartments regularly</li> <li>Implements all policies and procedures outlined in the company policies</li> <li>Reads and understands financial reports and budgets of the community</li> <li>Understands economic occupancy as compared to the vacancy rate on each property and how delinquent rent payments will significantly cut into economic occupancy</li> <li>Uses sound financial knowledge to successfully lease up every community</li> <li>Understands key financial terminology</li> <li>Uses financial reports to determine and act upon needs</li> <li>Understands how to use metrics to drive results</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1;">&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3 style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What you will bring:</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Three years or more of Property Manager experience preferred</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Property lease up experience preferred</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Must have strong leadership and team building skills</span></li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrates a positive “can do” demeanor, takes pride in achieving results and has a self-starter mindset</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">IND1</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><h3 style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">What we offer:</span></strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Great benefits, including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision, behavioral health and more) on the first of the month following 30 days of employment</li> <li>401(k) Savings Plan (4% employer match; 100% vested immediately)</li> <li>Company paid life insurance (1x base salary)</li> <li>Paid Time Off package with a carryover provision</li> <li>Training and career development opportunities</li> <li>Company Apparel Store allowance</li> </ul> <h3 style="line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Who we are:</span></strong></span></h3> <p>Davis Development is a privately owned luxury apartment developer and property management company with 25+ years in the industry and a best-in-class reputation.
