<p data-start="1111" data-end="1537"><strong data-start="1111" data-end="1129">About the Role</strong><br data-start="1129" data-end="1132">Cargomatic is seeking a <strong data-start="1156" data-end="1187">Customer Success Specialist</strong> to join our team in <strong data-start="1208" data-end="1226">Long Beach, CA</strong>. In this role, you will collaborate across the Cargomatic network to ensure shipment operations run smoothly for our most complex customers. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact, manage day-to-day operations, and help drive customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving and clear communication.</p>

<p data-start="1767" data-end="1785"><strong data-start="1767" data-end="1785">What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1788" data-end="1910">Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, owning all communication via email, phone, and reporting</li>
<li data-start="1913" data-end="2016">Manage day-to-day shipment operations for enterprise accounts and perform additional duties as needed</li>
<li data-start="2019" data-end="2182">Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Operations, and leadership to ensure customer expectations and performance metrics are met</li>
<li data-start="2185" data-end="2277">Own weekly account data metrics and key SLAs, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement</li>
<li data-start="2280" data-end="2392">Identify and help implement new products, processes, and initiatives to support customer growth and engagement</li>
<li data-start="2395" data-end="2512">Build, document, and champion processes and SOPs to support the transition of daily tasks to offshore support teams</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="2514" data-end="2534"><strong data-start="2514" data-end="2534">What You’ll Need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="2537" data-end="2575">Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred</li>
<li data-start="2578" data-end="2638">3–5 years of experience in transportation and/or logistics</li>
<li data-start="2641" data-end="2703">Strong customer support and customer satisfaction experience</li>
<li data-start="2706" data-end="2757">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li data-start="2760" data-end="2823">Ability to think on your feet and solve problems analytically</li>
<li data-start="2826" data-end="2899">Comfort working in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities</li>
<li data-start="2902" data-end="2965">Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize daily tasks</li>
<li data-start="2968" data-end="3022">Ability to learn new technology and concepts quickly</li>
<li data-start="3025" data-end="3082">Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li>
