You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and go-to-market success, with clear ownership and visible impact.  If you are energized by building success, driving innovation, and owning outcomes, this role was designed for you.   <h3>What You Will Be Doing</h3> As Director of Product Management, you will be the end-to-end owner of ICAP’s product strategy and growth trajectory.   You will:  <ul> <li>Set and own the ICAP product vision and roadmap, including the strategic evolution into a Proxy-focused solution. </li> <li>Translate market signals, customer needs, and competitive insights into clear product direction and prioritized investments. </li> <li>Partner deeply with Engineering, ensuring fast, high-quality execution and scalable architecture. </li> <li>Work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to drive bookings, pipeline, and customer adoption. </li> <li>Serve as a strong, visible product leader across regions, with a close partnership with our Vietnam-based teams. </li> <li>Balance innovation with operational excellence, ensuring ICAP continues to deliver reliability, performance, and trust at scale. </li> <li>Represent ICAP with confidence to customers, partners, and internal leadership. </li> </ul> <h3>What Success Looks Like </h3> In your first 12–18 months, success will look like:  <ul> <li>A clear, compelling ICAP roadmap aligned to market demand and customer value. </li> <li>Measurable growth in bookings and pipeline tied directly to product strategy. </li> <li>Strong, trust-based partnerships with Engineering and GTM teams. </li> <li>Progress toward a Proxy-focused architecture that positions ICAP for long-term growth. </li> <li>A product organization that moves with urgency, clarity, and accountability. </li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are</h3> You are a product leader who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.  You bring:  <ul> <li>Proven experience leading enterprise or security products at scale. </li> <li>Strong understanding of proxy technologies, ICAP, networking, or adjacent security domains. </li> <li>A track record of partnering effectively with Engineering to deliver complex products. </li> <li>Commercial acumen and experience supporting bookings, pipeline, and customer conversations. </li> <li>Comfort operating in a global, distributed environment, including close collaboration with teams in Vietnam. </li> <li>Clear, confident communication and the ability to influence across functions. </li> <li>A mindset rooted in ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement. </li> <li>Director-level experience is preferred, but we value demonstrated leadership altitude, judgment, and impact above title alone.</li> </ul> <h3>Why OPSWAT?</h3> OPSWAT is a fast-growing cybersecurity company with a strong culture of ownership and innovation.
