System and Technical Data Analyst at IronMountain Solutions

<p><strong>System and Technical Data Analyst&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Work Location:</strong> Huntsville, Alabama&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> <strong>Full Time on-site. No remote work option.</strong></p> <p>IronMountain Solutions LLC is searching for <strong>Systems Analyst </strong>in support of a customer located in Huntsville, Alabama. Candidates must exercise excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and keen attention to detail.&nbsp; This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related technical role</li> <li>Strong technical writing skills, including the ability to develop clear and concise reports, briefings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills for developing professional presentations and briefings</li> <li>Experience with data analysis, system integration, and process improvement methodologies</li> <li>Familiarity with information systems, networks, and operational technology environments&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Communication &amp; Briefing Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high-level briefings to senior leadership and executive stakeholders</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information</li> <li>Experience preparing and presenting executive-level reports, dashboards, and decision support materials</li> </ul> <p><strong>Analytical &amp; Decision Support:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of organizational decision-making processes and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations</li> <li>Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions</li> <li>Experience supporting strategic planning, program management, and operational initiatives&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Organizational Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of three (3) years of related analytical experience</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of three (3) years of related analytical experience.</li> <li>Experience working in a government or defense contracting environment is preferred</li> <li>This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
