Join our growing team today and be a change agent for children.</p> <h4><strong>Deliver powerful results</strong></h4> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To achieve our vision, we are searching for <strong>New York State c</strong></span><strong>ertified</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><strong>School Psychologists </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">with a</span><strong> Master's degree or a Ph.D. in School Psychology</strong>, and a proven record of successfully supporting students in crisis and propelling student growth and achievement.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="354" data-end="565"><strong data-start="354" data-end="408">Serve as a trusted thought leader within the school community</strong>, partnering with school leaders, counselors, teachers, and families to implement high-quality student support systems and social-emotional learning (SEL).</li> <li data-start="354" data-end="565"><strong data-start="568" data-end="618">Lead and monitor individualized student growth</strong> for students who need targeted support in emotion regulation, social perspective-taking, problem-solving, and self-control—collaborating closely with school leadership, network experts, and external consultants.</li> <li data-start="354" data-end="565"><strong data-start="835" data-end="905">Design and support the implementation of effective SEL programming</strong>, coaching teachers on strong execution and ensuring consistent, school-wide alignment with Zeta’s SEL framework.</li> <li data-start="354" data-end="565"><strong data-start="1023" data-end="1090">Build strong, trusting relationships with students and families</strong>, and support school-wide efforts to ensure students demonstrate Zeta’s EPIC values—Excellence, Perseverance, Integrity, and Community.</li> <li data-start="354" data-end="565"><strong data-start="1230" data-end="1332">Collaborate closely with the Student Achievement Team and the Committee on Special Education (CSE)</strong> to identify, evaluate, and support students with disabilities and diverse learning needs.</li> <li data-start="354" data-end="565"><strong data-start="1427" data-end="1495">Play an integral role on the Response to Intervention (RtI) Team</strong>, using data to design, implement, and refine tiered academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports.</li> <li data-start="354" data-end="565"><strong data-start="1605" data-end="1673">Conduct comprehensive monolingual psycho-educational assessments</strong>, ensuring timely, accurate evaluations that inform effective, individualized supports and services.</li> <li data-start="354" data-end="565"><strong data-start="1778" data-end="1850">Partner regularly with fellow school psychologists and network staff</strong>, consulting on complex cases, sharing best practices, and engaging in ongoing professional learning focused on SEL and student support.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Join our purpose-driven community</strong></h4> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Zeta teammates are lifelong learners who live with child-like joy and a deep sense of purpose. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience in a full-time School Psychologist role and internal equity.
