What you'll do

To act as the bridge between Bureau’s internal data and the global investment community. You will own the “Financial Story”, manage investor relations, and execute inorganic growth strategies to maintain Bureau’s position as a Unified Risk-Decisioning Platform.

What you'll bring

Essential Qualities:

  1. Experience: 6+ years of total experience with 3 years in an Investment Bank/ Corp Dev/ IR role in a company.

  2. Financial Proficiency: Advanced financial modelling skills for forecasting, fundraising, and Annual Operating Plans.

  3. Strategic Storytelling: Ability to leverage numbers, convert technical details to weave compelling investor narratives.

  4. Strategic vision: Ability to develop a framework for evaluating inorganic opportunities, scout for inorganic opportunities that augment Bureau and the commercial acumen to analyse such opportunities.

  5. Cross-functional coordination: Proven experience in handling projects like fundraising, M&A deals, and holding Investor Days, interacting with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Qualities:

  1. Fintech Experience: An understanding of the fintech ecosystem in India, along with the regulatory shifts.

  2. Startup Experience: An experience of working at an early/ growth stage startup.
