<p><span data-contrast="auto">One of the most ambitious missions that SpaceX has undertaken to date, the Starlink satellite constellation, is our solution to providing reliable internet to the entire world. We are looking for talented manufacturing specialists to help establish new manufacturing and test processes to support Tool and Die. This department is responsible for producing dies (also known as tools or molds) used in processes such as injection molding, high pressure die casting, and stamping. These dies are the building blocks that enable in-house high volume production for user terminal components.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Help execute new product builds from raw material across all CNC work and tool assembly</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Triage non-conforming machined components and help implement resolution and preventative actions</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop manufacturing standards that lead to increased consistency and reliability of the shop</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Work with the team to help developing in-house machining maintenance processes</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, rate, and cost </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">2+ years experience with a CAD program such as NX or Solidworks</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">2+ years experience with CNCs, EDMs, welding, and other manufacturing processes common in the Tool and Die industry</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
