<p><strong>Position Summary: </strong><span style="color: #000000;">The Associate Director of Product Management, Oncology, leads the development and commercialization of Signatera clinical trial matching products and services for current and future versions of the Signatera product line, including on-market and new tissue-informed MRD products. This role supports the long-term vision and 5-year strategic planning for the product roadmap, with a focus on growing and accelerating the Signatera trials enrollment. The position requires strategic thinking combined with strong execution and leadership in cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include managing the product lifecycle from concept to obsolescence, developing the strategic roadmap, prioritizing features and programs, creating product requirements, and improving overall product performance.</span></p>
<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Develop and execute the clinical trial matching product roadmap for the Signatera product line.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Define and deliver product requirements based on customer needs and operational constraints.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Oversee product performance and manage product support across various departments, including Product Management, Molecular Biology R&D, Software Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Clinical/Medical, Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Develop product performance metrics, analyze data, and collaborate with teams to identify and implement improvement strategies.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Identify business opportunities, create business cases, and build financial models to support product initiatives.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to validate product features and enhance customer satisfaction.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Collaborate with marketing teams to define product positioning, market launch plans, pricing, and the creation of key marketing collateral.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Present data-driven arguments to gain stakeholder alignment and buy-in for strategic initiatives.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders on product vision, progress, and roadmap updates.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in physical or life sciences, statistics, or engineering. A Master’s or PhD degree is preferred.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">A minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Experience in oncology products, medical devices, or diagnostics is highly preferred.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Familiarity with large-scale high complexity molecular testing laboratories, particularly in tumor tissue sequencing, is desirable.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Expertise in the Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></span></h3>

<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Strong understanding of technology and the ability to articulate customer value propositions effectively.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Excellent project and process management skills.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Proficiency with office applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel) and presentation tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint).</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Basic financial and economic modeling skills.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Candidates with experience leading scientific or technical projects in R&D roles are encouraged to apply.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Must demonstrate strong analytical, product development, and project management expertise.</span></li>
<li style="color: #000000 !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence decision-making in a team environment.</span></li>
