This role conducts regular site inspections, risk assessments, and delivers hands-on safety training to all team members. Key responsibilities include creating proactive hazard prevention plans, investigating incidents, maintaining thorough safety documentation, and driving a strong safety culture across the jobsite. Success in this role is built on proven construction safety experience, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to lead, communicate, and empower teams to work safely—every day, on every project.
