Eliot's CCS program is a twenty four hour program designed to stabilize and support adults in psychiatric distress. This program is designed as an alternative to hospitalization providing short term overnight crisis care.</p> <p>As a Stabilization Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting adults with mental illness in their individual recovery journeys. The ideal candidate should be strongly committed to recovery-oriented services, and have the skills necessary to build supportive relationships with clients and their families. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication, crisis management, and problem solving skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide crisis support and stabilization services to clients</li> <li>Deliver interventions to individuals and families focused on problem-solving, skills training, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement</li> <li>Tailor interventions based on client preferences, needs, and the clinical direction of the care team</li> <li>Offer direct support in crisis intervention, stabilization, treatment planning, and evaluation and assessment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist individuals with learning and utilizing coping strategies, and daily living skills</li> <li>Complete clinical assessments and required documentation to meet standards</li> <li>Provide short-term case management, including assistance with income, insurance, entitlements, community resources and services, as well as coordination of&nbsp; medical/psychiatric appointments</li> <li>Facilitate warm handoffs with other service providers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field</li> <li>Experience working with adults or families with mental illness/substance abuse</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedules available:</strong></p> <p>Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00am-5:00pm (40 hours)</p> <p>Monday - Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm (40 hours)</p> <p>Friday &amp; Saturday, 11:00pm-7:00am (16 hours)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>$3,000 sign-on bonus will be prorated for schedules less than 40 hours per week</em></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$23.08</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$23.08 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
