font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Desired Traits</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Minimum 5 years management experience – three of which should be in a supervisory capacity</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desired</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong understandings of a data driven warehouse and experience with WMS system required</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Small parts handling experience</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Six Sigma &amp;
