About the Role

Summary Guardsquare is looking for an R&D Team Lead to join us in our Leuven office and lead one of our Leuven based DexGuard (Java) teams. In this role you will be responsible for a team of about 5 to 7 Java Software Engineers working within an agile software development environment. The ideal candidate started their career technically and has a good understanding of software engineering within a high-tech start/scale-up, and grew into or is now ready for a team lead role.     Your key responsibilities will be: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Own the results delivered by your team.
