Must be able to commit to at least 50% or more shifts per month.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Strong multi-tasking &amp; organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Must be comfortable speaking in front of large crowds or on camera with charismatic and outgoing personality.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and function in a fast-paced setting.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Ability to stand/walk/lift with minimal assistance for a minimum of 6 hours.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Must have reliable transportation to and from BMO Stadium, LAFC Corporate Offices, and other work sites throughout Southern California.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Active and valid CA driver’s license preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Fundamental knowledge of soccer and soccer culture is preferred.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Proficient in Spanish is a plus.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">SALARY RANGE</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">At LAFC, we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine a fair and equitable compensation package. The final offer amount will consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience and training.
