<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Quality Area Manager</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Quality Area Manager will lead our QA and Sanitation teams to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and sanitation meet our high-quality standards to provide the best service to our customers.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will…&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Respectfully communicate with all co-workers. Ensure effective employee relations with all departments in the facility.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide employee instructions to provide advice on how to properly perform their task (QA checks, cleaning equipment, expectations, etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Respectfully support and follow direction from all managers about line product integrity</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work towards continuous improvement in all areas. The FSQA Supervisor’s performance is evaluated by their leadership of the QA employees, productivity and prioritization of their designated team, quality/quantity of information reported each shift, and ability to guide employee performance on the team.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Environment&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a manufacturing and assembly environment and is regularly exposed to cool and/or cold temperatures (30°F - 40°F).
