You will be positioned as the internal ICHRA SME - you'll train internal teams on ICHRA and provide market updates to ensure the internal team is up to date on all things ICHRA. You will be considered the Take Command ICHRA Professor. You will design and deliver training programs (ICHRA 101 → advanced “2.0” sessions), help develop and own our ICHRA Readiness certification, and help move benefits consultants through our flywheel,
