This role will be part of a team building one of the world's strongest brokerage brands. We look forward to reviewing your online application.</span></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Use Chinese language skills to translate documents in Traditional and Simplified Chinese.</li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications.</span></li> <li>Reviewing and verifying <strong>proof of identity</strong>, <strong>proof of address</strong>, and <strong>other documents </strong>collected from new account applicants.</li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance.</span></li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Cross-reference multiple databases and</span>&nbsp;<span data-preserver-spaces="true">ensure that regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed before opening an account</span></li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Follow various regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.</span></li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Correspond with clients, sales representatives and Client service representatives.</span></li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true"><strong>Hours: </strong>Commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week with flexibility to work up to 40 hours (subject to hours availability).</span></li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true"><strong>Weekend Requirement: </strong>Minimum 8 hours of availability over the weekend.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Which skills are required:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Bachelor's Degree&nbsp;</span></li> <li><strong>Excellent command of written and spoken English &amp; Chinese languages</strong></li> <li>Experience: 2-3 years in Financial Services preferred.
