<p><span data-contrast="auto">Under the supervision of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Lead, the Maintenance Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assists with move-ins, move-outs, annual inspections, and preparing vacant units for re-occupancy</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Performs light maintenance: electrical, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs (e.g., glass, tile, locks)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintains inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Cleans common areas including laundry rooms, restrooms, offices, and hallways</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintains outdoor areas: picks up ground debris daily, sweeps sidewalks and parking lots, trims shrubs, and removes weeds</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitors and reports grounds conditions, completes routine groundskeeping logs, and ensures exterior areas are safe and presentable</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
