MidPen is, once again, proud to be certified as an official Great Place to Work® in 2025.</div>Property Name: Moonridge Maintenance Groundskeeper  Under the supervision of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Lead, the Maintenance Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property.  Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Assists with move-ins, move-outs, annual inspections, and preparing vacant units for re-occupancy </li> <li>Performs light maintenance: electrical, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs (e.g., glass, tile, locks) </li> <li>Maintains inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies </li> <li>Cleans common areas including laundry rooms, restrooms, offices, and hallways </li> <li>Maintains outdoor areas: picks up ground debris daily, sweeps sidewalks and parking lots, trims shrubs, and removes weeds </li> <li>Monitors and reports grounds conditions, completes routine groundskeeping logs, and ensures exterior areas are safe and presentable </li> <li>Participates in emergency standby schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) </li> <li>Complies with safety policies and performs other duties as assigned </li> </ul> Qualifications  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
