We combine deep research, user-first design, and end-to-end execution from concept to final render, to bring the future of expression to all.</p> <p><strong>We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - R&amp;D </strong>who's genuinely curious about AI and technology, knows how to earn the trust of technical leaders, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and pushes hiring processes forward.&nbsp;</p> <h2>What you will be doing</h2> <ul> <li>Own the full recruiting lifecycle for global R&amp;D roles across Engineering, Research, Data, and Product teams in Israel, the UK, and the US.</li> <li>Partner closely with R&amp;D leadership and hiring managers to define hiring strategy, calibrate talent profiles, and advise on market realities.</li> <li>Lead proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional passive talent, with a strong emphasis on the AI/ML, deep learning, and generative AI ecosystem.</li> <li>Drive structured, fast-moving hiring processes with clear stakeholder communication, sharp prioritization, and zero drop-off in candidate care.</li> <li>Leverage AI-powered tools to build smarter, more efficient recruiting workflows.</li> <li>Identify friction points in the hiring process and lead the implementation of solutions - treating recruitment operations with the same rigor you'd expect from an engineering team.</li> <li>Partner with the HR team to drive initiatives that strengthen manager capabilities, elevate the candidate journey, and contribute to an exceptional employee experience across the organization.</li> </ul> <h2>Your skills and experience</h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of full-cycle <strong>technical recruiting experience</strong>, ideally in a high-growth AI, deep tech company.</li> <li>Prior experience recruiting AI/ML <strong>researchers </strong>is a strong advantage.</li> <li><strong>Strong sourcing capabilities</strong> and a proactive, pipeline-first mindset.&nbsp;</li> <li>A true business partner mindset - you know how to build trust with senior technical leaders, challenge assumptions when needed, and move hiring decisions forward with confidence.</li> <li>Deep fluency in the R&amp;D talent landscape: you can hold a credible conversation about ML research, platform engineering, or data infrastructure, and you know what separates a strong signal from noise in a technical profile.</li> <li><strong>Hands-on experience using generative AI tools</strong> to enhance recruiting workflows.</li> <li>High organizational intelligence - able to balance multiple searches, shifting priorities, and demanding stakeholders without losing quality or speed.</li> <li>Fluent English.</li> </ul> <h2>Why Join Us:</h2> <p>We’re here to push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI and video - not for the buzz, but for the craft, the challenge, and the chance to make something genuinely new.</p> <p>We believe in an environment where people are encouraged to think, create and explore.
