Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:</p> <p><strong><em>Key Responsibilities</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Enhance team efficiency by driving initiatives and introducing new technologies,‬ ‭including practices like Cross Knowledge Training.‭</li> <li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make informed‬ ‭decisions on technology adoption, infrastructure, and cost impacts.‬</li> <li>Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to both‬ ‭business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and‬ accountability for projects.‬</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Must-have Skills</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of iOS development experience.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.</li> <li>Familiar with data structure, system design, design patterns, API designs, MVPor MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps.</li> <li>Full stack background is a huge plus. Familiarity with cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, etc is a plus.</li> <li>Have published two or more iOS apps.</li> <li>Experience with third-party libraries and APIs</li> <li>Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies</li> <li>The ability to identify skilled engineers as we grow the team.</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish.&nbsp;</li> <li>A positive disposition and a good attitude under pressure.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Nice-to-have:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>AI Tooling Proficiency</strong>: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
