<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Industrial Maintenance Technician</strong></span></p> <p>🕔 <strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 pm – 6:00 am<br>📍 <strong>Location</strong>: Onalaska, WI <br>💲 <strong>Starting Wage</strong>: $29.00-$34.00/hour (based on experience)<br>📈 <strong>Bonus</strong>: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!</p> <p><strong>We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 weeks PTO in year one (4 weeks in year two!)</li> <li>8 paid holidays</li> <li>Health benefits starting the 1st of the month after you’re hired</li> <li>401k match</li> <li>Career growth, training opportunities, and much more!</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>🔧</strong><strong> What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct day-to-day mechanical maintenance and repair across production equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.</li> <li>Perform preventive and condition-based maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues quickly and accurately.</li> <li>Support Facilities Maintenance as needed, including assisting with baling operations using forklifts.</li> <li>Maintain maintenance records and documentation per company and regulatory standards.</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>🔍</strong><strong> What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li>3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Required:</strong> Safe maintenance practices (LOTO, preventive/predictive maintenance), mechanical systems (machinery, hydraulics, conveyors), and vendor management.</li> <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> 6-S, OSHA training (LOTO, confined spaces, electrical safety, fall protection, hot works), CMMS, and electrical troubleshooting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Required:</strong> Positive attitude; strong communication and teamwork; basic computer skills; troubleshooting, repair, welding, and problem-solving.</li> <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Experience with large mechanical equipment, forklift maintenance, motors, and basic welding.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Abilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and organize daily and long-term maintenance activities.</li> <li>Analyze and solve technical problems quickly and effectively.</li> <li>Read and interpret blueprints, owner’s manuals, and schematics.</li> <li>Work independently with urgency and attention to detail.</li> <li>Operate forklifts and scissor lifts (preferred).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Certifications &amp; Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver’s License required.</li> <li>Preferred: Industrial maintenance or electro‑mechanical certification.</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>🏭</strong><strong> What Your Work Environment Will Be Like</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manufacturing/warehouse setting with moving equipment and conveyors.</li> <li>Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.</li> <li>Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Use of forklifts, scissor lifts, and power tools as needed.</li> <li>Exposure to noise, dust, and mechanical/electrical hazards.</li> <li>PPE required; adherence to all safety and LOTO protocols.</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>🌱</strong><strong> Who We Are</strong></p> <p>At Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, we help protect the planet by giving electronics their next best life.
