Based in Mexico City and reporting to the VP, Commercial + HRBPs located at SharkNinja headquarters in Greater Boston, MA, this role will support Mexico as well as additional current and future markets across Central America, South America, and the Caribbean region.  This leader will build and execute a scalable regional people strategy aligned to aggressive commercial growth plans. The role requires balancing global alignment with local market realities—ensuring strong organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and cultural integration across a multi-country footprint.  At SharkNinja, friction fuels innovation.
