In this individual contributor role, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of Arcesium’s global events and conference program, from industry trade shows and sponsored conferences to hosted client events and executive roundtables. You will be the single point of accountability for every detail that shapes how Arcesium shows up in front of clients, prospects, and partners, ensuring every event is on brand, on message, on time, and on budget.  You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Brand, and Marketing Operations to drive measurable pipeline impact from our event investments across hedge fund, private markets, institutional asset management, and sell-side audiences.  Responsibilities <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end execution of Arcesium’s annual events calendar, including industry conferences, sponsored trade shows, hosted client events, executive dinners, and proprietary roadshows. </li> <li>Manage all vendor relationships and contracts, including event organizers, booth fabricators, AV and production partners, swag and print suppliers, registration platforms, and venue and catering providers. Negotiate sponsorship packages, contract terms, and pricing to maximize value and ROI. </li> <li>Lead all pre-show logistics: booth design and build, shipping and freight, registration, lead capture configuration, staff scheduling and travel, collateral production, giveaways, and on-site signage. </li> <li>Ensure every booth, demo station, and branded touchpoint is fully aligned with Arcesium’s visual identity, product positioning, and segment messaging. Partner with Brand and Product Marketing to brief and approve all event creative. </li> <li>Coordinate pre-show and post-show promotion in partnership with Demand Generation, Content, Communications, and the Inside Sales team, including target account outreach, email campaigns, social content, paid promotion, meeting booking workflows, and post-event lead routing and follow-up cadences. </li> <li>Manage on-site execution, including staff briefings, booth operations, executive meeting coordination, speaking slots, and real-time issue resolution. </li> <li>Own all post-show logistics: dismantle and freight return, lead processing into Salesforce and HubSpot, attendee data hygiene, sales handoff, and stakeholder debriefings. </li> <li>Build and manage the events budget across the full calendar year. Track all spend at the event and program level, forecast variance, and report performance against pipeline and revenue targets. </li> <li>Define and report on event KPIs: meetings booked, MQLs, influenced pipeline, sourced pipeline, cost per opportunity, and event-attributed revenue. Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking and attribution. </li> <li>Continuously evaluate event performance and the broader industry calendar, recommending which events to renew, expand, drop, or replace based on data and competitive intelligence. </li> <li>Build and continuously improve scalable event workflows, templates, tracking systems, and operational processes, while staying current on emerging event technologies and digital engagement tools to drive efficiency, visibility, consistency, and scalability across Arcesium’s global events program. </li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>At least 5 years of B2B events marketing experience, with a proven track record of running successful conferences and trade shows for a SaaS firm targeting large enterprise audiences. Experience marketing to financial services audiences (hedge funds, asset managers, banks, or fintech) is strongly preferred. </li> <li>Demonstrated success owning the full event lifecycle as an individual contributor, from strategy and vendor selection through on-site execution and post-event measurement. </li> <li>Deep experience with vendor management and negotiation, including sponsorship contracts, booth and production vendors, and venue and catering agreements. </li> <li>Strong eye for design and brand consistency, with a track record of delivering booth presence and event experiences that are visibly on brand and on message. </li> <li>Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools, with a working understanding of lead capture, attribution, and pipeline reporting. </li> <li>Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage many concurrent events, vendors, and stakeholders while consistently meeting deadlines. </li> <li>Outstanding attention to detail. The candidate should be the person who catches the misspelled name on the booth graphic, the wrong shipping address on the freight order, and the missing follow-up email in the campaign queue, before anyone else does. </li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief executives, partner with Sales, and write clean event copy. </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. </li> </ul> The expected annual base salary for this position is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching. The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
