You will play a pivotal role in bridging cross-functional internal teams—such as Operations, Product, and Engineering—with external stakeholders and third-party partners. Your core responsibility is to maintain operational continuity through clear communication, technical insight, and a strong sense of urgency when addressing problems, challenges, and opportunities.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>This role requires a proactive approach to identifying root causes, facilitating resolutions, and driving alignment across multiple teams. You will own day-to-day technical operations, lead troubleshooting efforts, and support campaign and platform stability.
