Procurement Operations Lead at OneSpan

This role operates under the governance and direction of Global Strategic Sourcing and Procure-to-Pay leadership. He/She is responsible for ensuring compliant, efficient, and timely execution of purchasing and transactional procurement activities in alignment with established policies, controls, and global standards.&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">The ideal candidate brings strong operational execution experience, deep familiarity with Workday Procure-to-Pay and Workday Strategic Sourcing, and proven capability operating in complex, multi-company and multi-currency global environments. The role requires strong judgment, analytical rigor, and trust, including responsibility for coordinating local work activity, producing recurring management reporting, and supporting corporate card reconciliation activities.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #0d8598;"><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Lead day-to-day execution of Procure-to-Order (P2O) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities within Shared Services, supporting requisitioning, purchasing, and downstream processing.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Support internal stakeholders in compiling accurate, complete, and compliant purchase requests within Workday workflows.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Support operational implementation of approved contracts within procurement systems, including complex and multi-region contracts, in alignment with sourcing standards.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Execute Procure-to-Pay operations within Workday Financial Management and Workday Procurement, ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Support sourcing intake, renewal preparation, and operational handoffs within Workday Strategic Sourcing, in coordination with Strategic Sourcing leadership.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Provide day-to-day operational guidance to local Shared Services team members, including task coordination, process support, issue escalation, and quality review under the direction of Global Strategic Sourcing and Procure-to-Pay leadership.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual Procure-to-Pay operational reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership and stakeholder needs.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Apply strong data analytics skills to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and support continuous improvement across P2P operations.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Support corporate card (P-Card / corporate card) transaction review and reconciliation, including exception handling and coordination with Finance.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for enhancements impacting Workday Procurement and Workday Strategic Sourcing.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #0d8598;"><strong>Requirements</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• 8+ years of experience supporting Procure-to-Pay or Procure-to-Order operations in global, multi-company, multi-currency enterprise environments.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Hands-on experience using Workday Procure-to-Pay, including requisitions, purchasing, supplier transactions, and downstream processing.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Hands-on experience using Workday Strategic Sourcing (required).&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Prior experience coordinating work across teams or providing operational guidance in a shared services, procurement, finance, or transactional operations environment.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Strong data analytics and reporting capability, including recurring management reporting.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Experience supporting corporate card / P-Card reconciliation in a controlled P2P environment.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of MS Office tools.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="color: !important;">&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p> <p>#LI-LS1</p> <p style="color: !important;">&nbsp;</p>
