We have a strong passion for creating best-in-class user experiences at every stage of the customer journey. We thrive on turning complex technical challenges into elegant customer-focused solutions that are scalable and easy to use. Catering to a diverse ecosystem of cloud commerce vendors, channels and users requires us to creatively think our way through challenges, with a dual focus on product quality and time-to-market. We learn, holding each other accountable, while also being committed to our shared success.</p> <p>You are an experienced product manager to lead the evolution of our reseller and CPQ services, with a particular focus on creating one of the industry’s best advisor selling experiences. You will own strategy and execution for features that enable advisors to prospect, solution, price, upsell, and manage quotes quickly and intuitively.</p> <p>The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule: you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote. Compensation includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE Plan 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for eligible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, and much more.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and evolve the advisor selling journey: design and deliver a world-class self-serve quoting experience that enables advisors to create accurate quotes quickly, customize offers, and close deals with minimal friction.</li> <li>Nail and scale adoption: define, document and roll out playbooks, product patterns and operational processes so advisor selling workflows scale across geographies, partners, and channels.</li> <li>Leverage AI and automation: design and ship AI-enabled capabilities (recommendations, pre-fill, bundle suggestions, predictive pricing, automated validations, and intelligent workflows) to make quote creation and ongoing quote management more intuitive and operationally efficient.</li> <li>Partner broadly to drive adoption: work closely with business partners, channel sales, sales operations and advisor communities to deeply understand needs, pilot new capabilities, and drive adoption through enablement and change management.</li> <li>Build data-driven feedback loops: establish both quantitative (usage metrics, funnel conversion, business KPIs, A/B tests) and qualitative (advisor interviews, support tickets) feedback channels to prioritize improvements and iterate quickly on the quoting experience.</li> <li>Create a universal quoting experience: collaborate with AppDirect’s first party services and other internal stakeholders to deliver a compelling, cross-sell enabling quoting platform that surfaces relevant products across lines of business and unlocks new revenue opportunities.</li> <li>Define success and measure impact: own KPIs for advisor adoption, quote velocity, conversion, average deal size, time-to-quote, and operational cost reductions; convert insights into prioritized roadmaps and experiments.</li> <li>Communicate and evangelize: produce sales enablement materials, product documentation, and training content; represent the product internally and externally, and serve as the voice of the customer across the company.</li> <li>Execute with engineering and design: write clear business requirements, partner with UX and engineering to build scalable, secure, and reliable solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of product management experience in reseller/partner management, CPQ, quoting platforms, or related SaaS commerce products.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience owning or shipping advisor/reseller selling experiences or CPQ workflows at scale and measurable success driving adoption.</li> <li>Strong track record of partnering with sales, sales ops, channel teams, and external advisors to pilot features and drive adoption.</li> <li>Experience designing and operating quantitative and qualitative feedback loops (instrumentation, analytics, experiments, advisor interviews, voice-of-customer programs).</li> <li>Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS at scale, with a focus on usability, performance, reliability and security.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to executives and cross-functional stakeholders; ability to translate customer needs into pragmatic product roadmaps.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, comfortable defining KPIs, interpreting product metrics and using data to prioritize and validate hypotheses.</li> <li>Experience working with Agile teams and modern product development practices, including working with AI in your workflows.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.</li> <li>Bonus: experience with integrations across CRM/ERP/first-party services, or prior exposure to sales enablement platforms and quoting integrations.</li> </ul> <p><em>At AppDirect, we believe that innovation thrives in an environment that houses diversity of excellence, experience and thought.
