We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.</div>    We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Manager, Influencer and Social remotely in the US. iFIT is looking for a Manager, Influencer & Social Marketing to turn creators, social, and cultural relevance into measurable growth for the iFIT Personal Trainer app. In this role, you will own the influencer and social strategy, build and scale a creator ecosystem, and partner cross-functionally to ensure creator and social programs are integrated into broader go-to-market plans. font-size: 12pt;">Build social and creator experiences that strengthen engagement and retention, using authentic storytelling, community, and advocacy to deepen member connection with iFIT and support the broader goal of reducing churn.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Amplify priority go-to-market launches through creator and social, ensuring product, feature, content, partnership, international, and key Tailor launches show up with compelling stories that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build iFIT into a culturally relevant, differentiated brand through breakthrough creators, social storytelling, UGC, partnerships, and cultural moments, strengthening association with fitness, AI, personalization, and technology.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the influencer and social strategy for large events, leveraging creators, talent, social content, and cultural amplification to extend the event beyond the room and drive earned reach, awareness, and product interest.</li> </ul> ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own the influencer and social strategy for the iFIT Personal Trainer app, translating business goals into culturally relevant campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships across creators, influencers, talent, and brand advocates, from outreach and briefing through content development, launch, and optimization.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop breakthrough social and creator concepts around product launches, cultural moments, partnerships, and always-on storytelling.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and scale a creator ecosystem that generates authentic content, organic conversation, UGC, and measurable word-of-mouth growth.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Growth and Analytics to measure creator and social performance, using reach, engagement, CAC, conversion, subscriptions, and other business metrics to optimize investment.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Growth, PR, and Analytics to amplify launches and ensure influencer and social are integrated into broader go-to-market plans.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify emerging platforms, creators, trends, and cultural opportunities, moving quickly from insight to execution.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage agency and external partners, budgets, timelines, content approvals, and campaign deliverables while maintaining a high bar for creative quality.</li> </ul> EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education and Basic Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">6+ years of experience in influencer, creator, social, or growth marketing, ideally within a consumer brand, technology, fitness, wellness, or subscription business.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience building and executing creator and social campaigns that drive measurable business results, not just reach and engagement.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of the creator ecosystem, social platforms, emerging trends, and paid and organic amplification strategies.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing creator partnerships end-to-end, including sourcing, negotiation, briefing, content development, approvals, and performance optimization.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strategic and creative thinker who translates business objectives into ideas people want to watch, share, and talk about.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Builder's mindset — resourceful, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, and quick to move from strategy to execution.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience growing a consumer mobile app or subscription business through influencer and social marketing.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience building creator programs or new social channels from 0 to 1 and scaling what works.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience connecting influencer and social activity to app installs, trials, subscriptions, CAC, or LTV.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Existing relationships across the fitness, wellness, lifestyle, sports, or entertainment creator ecosystem.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
