We're seeking experienced Infusion Nurses (RNs) to join our talent network and support patients in infusion suites, home settings, and other care environments as business needs arise.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="color: rgb(0, 118, 129);"><strong>This is an Evergreen Opportunity.</strong> We continuously seek qualified infusion nurses to support current and future patient care needs across our growing organization. While an immediate opening may not be available in every market, candidates who meet our qualifications may be considered for upcoming opportunities as they become available.</span></p> <hr> <h3 class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">As an Infusion Nurse, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, patient-centered infusion therapy while helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care journey.</p> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC, Port, and Midline) care</li> <li>Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed</li> <li>Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform nursing assessments</li> <li>Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication administration, and IV care</li> <li>Perform venous phlebotomy as needed</li> <li>Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes</li> <li>Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, caregivers, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams</li> <li>Maintain compliance with all safety, ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards</li> </ul> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Active RN license in the state of practice</li> <li>Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program</li> <li>IV certification and experience with central line management</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of RN experience (home infusion, critical care, emergency department, oncology, or related experience preferred)</li> <li>Current CPR certification and valid driver's license</li> <li>Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team</li> <li>Willingness to travel locally to support patient care needs</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)</li> <li>PICC, Port, and Midline certification</li> <li>Multi-state nursing licensure</li> <li>Home infusion or specialty infusion experience</li> </ul> <h3>Why LUX Infusion</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Purpose-driven, patient-first care</li> <li>Supportive, clinician-led culture</li> <li>Flexible opportunities that fit your schedule</li> <li>Meaningful work that makes a real difference in patients' lives</li> <li>Opportunities to support a growing organization committed to elevating infusion care</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Join us and help bring more light, warmth, and connection to infusion care.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 118, 129);"><strong>Note:</strong> By applying to this Evergreen Opportunity, you may be considered for current and future Infusion Nurse openings that align with your qualifications, licensure, and geographic location.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range/Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$42</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$60 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div><hr> <h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></h4> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
