About the Role

<p><strong>What Impact You'll Have:<br><br></strong>We are seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to support enterprise-level governance, business operations, and strategic planning efforts across the Intelligence Community. This role will lead process improvement initiatives, policy development, and executive-level analysis supporting mission modernization and operational excellence.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Owning:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead policy development, strategic planning, and business process improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Develop executive-level briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagements.</li> <li>Analyze organizational metrics and operational data to identify process improvements.</li> <li>Support governance forums, continuity planning, and mission assurance initiatives.</li> <li>Mentor junior personnel and support leadership decision-making.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Must Have:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.</li> <li>12+ years of experience in business analysis, policy operations, program management, or related field.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.</li> <li>Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations.</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li> <li>Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and enterprise collaboration tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Would Be Nice to Have:<br><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Six Sigma, ITIL, or process improvement methodologies.</li> <li>PMP or related program management certification.</li> <li>Experience supporting continuity, risk, or governance programs.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p id="isPasted"><strong>Why Choose GRVTY</strong></p> <hr> <p>The toughest national security challenges demand vision and ingenuity, not just resources.
